1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to and using Trash Blasters Utah’s bin cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

Trash Blasters Utah provides trash and recycling bin cleaning services on a subscription basis. Customers select a service plan, and our team cleans their bins according to the scheduled service dates.

3. Subscription Plans and Cancellations

Customers must fulfill the minimum number of service visits as stated in their selected subscription plan before they may cancel their subscription. Early cancellation requests will not be accepted, and customers will be responsible for all payments due under their chosen plan.

4. Service Requirements

    •    Customers must place their bins at the curb and ensure they are empty by 8:00 AM on the scheduled cleaning day.

    •    If a bin is not at the curb or is not empty at the required time, Trash Blasters Utah will be unable to clean the bin, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

5. Payment and Fees

    •    Payment for services is due in accordance with the selected subscription plan.

    •    Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or cancellation without refund.

6. Liability Release

By using Trash Blasters Utah’s services, you acknowledge and agree that:

    •    Trash Blasters Utah and its employees, contractors, or agents are not liable for any damage, loss, or claims arising from our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or other incidental issues.

    •    Customers assume all risk related to the placement, condition, and contents of their trash bins. Trash Blasters Utah will not be responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, defective bins, or improper bin placement.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

Trash Blasters Utah reserves the right to modify service schedules, pricing, or these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Utah.
